    Download and burn the iso. You can burn it onto a CD and do an internet install or burn onto a DVD.

    Put it in the computer and reboot. Follow the steps and configure it accordingly. What are you having issues with? Be more specific.

    I have one harddisk and 4 partitions c,d,e and f
    I want to install suselinux 10.3 on partion D and with stay the windows on C
    my question is how I make partion for the linux that contain / ,swap and boot
    and which type of file system I choose ext2 or ext3?

    You need free space (unallocated) on your drive for Linux to be installed.

    The suse installer can generally make that space for you. You could also consider using the PartedMagic LiveCD to setup your partitions, then tell the suse installer to use the partitions you've already created.

    I usually make my partitions something like the following:

    Code:
    / (about 6 to 10 GB, ext3)
    
    swap about 512 MB, swap
    
    /home (about 6 to 10 GB, ext3)
