I have a server with SLES 8 Operating System installed.

The server is configured with Tivoli Netview 7.1.4 which was upgraded from 7.1.3. But from past two three days I noticed that the snmpserver object manager is in NOT_RUNNING state. I have tried restarting the service with ovstop and ovstart and I tried starting the snmpserver with ovstart snmpserver. But now this is not running. But still I can do snmpwalk, nmdemandpoll and I can access the devices through Tivoli web console.

I want to bring this object manager in RUNNING state.
There was a message---exited due to error.

So with the above information can any one please provide a solution.
