    How do I get Password required at startup?

    For some reason, SUSE does not require a password when you first turn on your computer. I'd like to make this happen, however, I cannot locate a way to do this anywhere. Do any of you happen to know how to require a password before X will start? Thanks!

    It depends when you want to enter a password. It sounds as though you set automatic login during installation. You can change this through YAST ... I think it's in user setup. If you want a password to be entered when you first switch the computer on then you need to set this option in BIOS.

    Edit:Option in ...Yast->security and users->user management->expert options->login settings

    Thanks! I found it in the user directory buried behind a button.
