    Please Help Wireless Trouble On My Acer Aspire 5610z

    I really hope someone can help me, i have just installed linux suSE 10.3 and fully updated everything is working perfect so it seems lol. Im a bit of a linux n00b some hope someone can help

    I have an Acer Aspire 5610z with windows vista homepremium on one partition and linux suSE 10.3 on the other both working perfectly but on linux i need help installin my wireless card i have no idea haha its a Broadcom 802.11g Network adapter

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN I REALLY WANNA GET THIS FULLY WORKING

    Which version of broadcom is it, bcm4306 or 4310,..12,..18 ?

    Packman has bcm43xx

    Dependant on the Broadcom version you have on your laptop, you may find that the Packman web site (with 3rd party packaged applications) has the bcm43xx firmware that you need to get your wireless working, packaged in an rpm for easy installation.
