    poppassd + open suse 10.2

    Hi all,
    Has anyone used poppassd on suse 10.2? I did install it but it can't let me enter simple passwords even when I change the system wide password policy via yast not to check the passwords for complexity. Any idea how I can fix this?

    Poppassd

    Check the /etc/pam.d/poppassd file

    Remove pam_cracklib.so line (Put a # in front)

    "password required /lib/security/pam_unix.so use_authtok nullok"

    Remove "use_authtok" as well from the pam_unix.so line
