Hi - Are you using a firewall? If so that might be part of the problem.

how to disable firewall?
i can ping to other pc using windows,must setup 'network wizard' first.
but in linux,i don't know how to do it

It depends on what you want to do.
To disable the firewall or open a port
Yast-Security-Firewall
to set up the nework with Windows machines
Yast-Network-Samba Server
