    How to install avi-xmms-1.2.3

    Dear All,

    I have installed SuSe Linux in my PC. I want to run AVI files. I downloaded xmms, but i am not able to install it as i am completely new to Linux. Kindly guide me.

    Use Yast-Software-Software Management to get the program form a repository.

    In you menu you will find a program called Yast. This is the main management program for Suse.

    Yast-Software-Software Management will allow you to install program packges.

    You should also connect to the community repositories.
