    without rebooting how can i check the BUS speed of RAM

    If i have to check the bus speed of the RAM, I have to reboot the system, enter in the BIOS, and from BIOS i come to know how much bus speed of the installed RAM is .

    is it possible without rebooting... by any command ? i.e without rebooting how can i check the BUS speed of RAM

    You could use the lshw program. If your distro doesn't package it, it's available at HardwareLiSter - ezIX
