Hi,

I have successfully installed a SUSE Linux 10.2 maschine with an basic squid proxy. I have also installed the squidguard. Actually the blacklists are updated daily and it seams to word well.
The big problem I have at the moment is that the Squid is very slow.
Sometimes if I want to open a website it takes up to 3 or 4minutes. Only a few websites open with normal speed (like it was before installing the squid or squidguard).

I would enjoy if anyone have had a similar problem and solved it.
I appreciate your hints or tipps.
