SUSE in MAC OSX File Sharing

I'm running SUSE within MAC OSx , can the files in SUSE be shared with MAC OSx ?
For example, I turn on my MAC , open VMware and run SUSE , log in SUSE and create a word document per say. Then I get out of the SUSE screen, go back to APPLICATIONS to open WORD in OFFICE and try to open the file I just created in SUSE , is it possible ?
    Thank you
    Henry

A virtual machine is like having a second computer on a network. The host and guest should be able to see on another over the network.

With VMware you should also be able to copy and past between OS's.

If you have VMware Workstation I think you should also be able to drag and drop between OS's. This is not supported in VMware server.

I don't know if the above applies to Apple but it does with Linux or Windows as host.
