Hi guys, I am running Suse 10.3. My acrobat reader loves to take over 100% of the CPU. Could anyone tell the reason? cheers...

    My acrobat reader loves to take over 100% of the CPU. Could anyone tell the reason?

    Which reader? There are dozens of them.

    I am using the Adobe Reader 8.

    There's your problem. Try another reader.

    try running it fron commandline post output here

    I have tried to run it on command line. It does perform the same.

    To be honest blablabla81, I hate Acrobat reader. You'll find kpdf much faster and lighter than Arcobat reader, and it does exactly the same job.

    I second Manchunian. Also Evince is a good reader and I believe oKular is pretty cool too.
