    Unhappy No password

    When i installed the 10.2 susie it goes to the user sign on and password and i never had the chance to set what it was. Does anybody know why this is and what should i do to correct it. Is there a generic password umtil i set it?

    Sounds like you have either set no password or set a password accidentally. Try pressing enter and if that does not work then ...
    If the password is for a user other than root then login as root and change the user password.
    If it is the root password that you need to set then try instructions here

    Once you have your system running again use Yast to setup a normal user account.
