vbulletin freaks out

haay,

i have a dedicated server from strato..
but on my server i have vbulletin but er is some problems with the server..

i cant not upload mp3 files and stuff like that..
i cant change my vbulletin layout..

sometime the site freaks out..
so i need help with my server i dont understand that dedicated things..

so can somebody help me and take a look into my server ??

cant upload file? check your permission of uploaded directory,
and about vbulletin, i dont know much

and what do you mean by 'freaking out' ???
