    SuSE 10 on USB HD

I installed Open Suse Linux on a USB HDD and everything looks fine. I can boot and use the Linux from USB external HD, but after connecting the SCSI HD to this PC , The boot of Linux does not complete well.
If I have the SCSI drive connected to the PC, the Linux boot from USB HD , enters in a command line without completing the boot, looks loke it was testing or detecting the SCSI drive ( sdb ) as it enters in command line with the message No Job found for the task, after listing the sdb drive.
If I disconnect the SCSI HD drive from the PC , the boot from USB HD of Linux Works Fine..
    Do you have any suggestion?

    Problem Solved

Just for reference , if someone needs the result.

The problem was solved by reconfiguring the BIOS . The HD configuration was changed to Compatibility mode , and now everything is OK..
