    I.E6 on Suse11,

    Hello everyone. i have installed I.E 6 on my newly installed Suse11, but i found that, all the chinese char is not able to shown, and it's shown as a square,

    can anyone tell me that what should i do with this case?

    welcome to the forums you need to install the chinese language pack for i e question why u using ie when there are better browsers

    thanks scrarfussi, let me search it later today,

    actually i am using firefox right now, but i found that, some of the MP3 listening web, like Ëѹ· ¸ü¶®ÍøÂç-www.sogou.com is not supporting firefox, I.E6 is a must for this case........so......

    I suggest you do not use IE in Linux ... Firefox is a better web browser for you to use in Linux. One trick I used is konqueror is able to fool most websites into thinking it is IE check in konqueror->settings->konqueror setup->browser identification.

    I'm with jonathon on that one any way you can get the language pack from the microsoft website
