Anybody know where i can get acidrip for opensuse 11 i have the package for 10.2 and it worked Well in 10.3 but won't work in 11 i really need ...

    Acidrip opensuse 11

    Anybody know where i can get acidrip for opensuse 11 i have the package for 10.2 and it worked Well in 10.3 but won't work in 11 i really need this app or does anyone know a program thats just as good i've tried dvdrip but its not too my liking lemonrip is from another planet thanx guys

    Have you set up the Packman repositories?

    When I used SUSE I relied completely on them for decent codecs and up to date packages.

    I always got my acidrip packages from them. I'd definitely recommend setting them up as a YaST source rather than just getting the packge from them though.

    Yes i have set them up even did a manual search but to no avail i only found for suse10.2 which is same version i was running in 10.3 but now i get a perl error in 11 so thought may be i would be lucky to find another version compiled for 11

    Sorry about that dude. I do remember that sometimes the repos would have to play catchup for a few weeks after a new release, I hope it's just a delay. Acidrip is a great application. I'd hate to be without it!
