    [SOLVED] changing console color

    Hello everyone,

When I use my Suse in GUI mode, sometimes i needed to use console. However, It's hard for me to see actually the console in default color of its foreground and background color and it's really annoying for me . ok umm the thing is how can i change those colors into black background and white foreground ?? just like a command prompt in Microsoft Window. Please help me out of this. I've been trying to figure it out but still way over my head. Thanks in advance.

Which Desktop Environment are you using? Gnome or KDE? Have checked settings in Menu of Terminal/Konsole window? You can change Background/Foreground colors and transparency easily.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
