    CUPS: Authentication failure

I have SuSE 9.2 on my machine, I want to add a printer. Of course, I have added it on other distros, but when CUPS asks for authentication, I enter root credentials and Authentication fails. What to do? I am sure I have the correct password that I use for su previleges.

    Anybody?
