    Disable sleep when idle

    Hi all....

I just got a HP 2133 and because it's for a special business use I need to disable sleep when idle. At least I think what I need. It asks for a login after idle for a few minutes.

I see Power Management, and changed display and computer sleep to never for both AC and battery. But it's still asking for logon after idle. I also see there where I change sleep to hibernate but that wouldn't work for me, of course.

It's SUSE Ent Linux 10. Any suggestions?

    Thx,
    D.

You have to alter the screen saver settings so that it doesn't ask for a password to come back on. Should be in the control centre somewhere.

    Holy cow! How embarrassing!

Sorry for completely missing the blindingly obvious. It was the blank screen saver that's on by default that threw me. At least that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it! Oh, and this is the first time I've touched SUSE.

    Thanks again.

    Embarrassedly yours,
    O.
