Everything is Ok but when I run command "make" to compile I got an error message said "bash :make : command not found" ??

You are missing the development tools. Run Yast -> Software -> Software Management and install make, gcc and other tools you may need to build programs from source. For gnochm, you also need to install python-devel.

You can also install chmviewer from yast and the chmlibs saving you the compile process
