This is my backup list on openSuse for a KDE setup
That incorporates all the set up details I need. But I suppose if you back up the whole of your home folder you would get everything you need. You'd just have to be a little careful about what you replaced in the new set up.Code:~/.mozilla/ ~/.gimp-2.4/splashes ~/.ooo-2.0/user/template/ ~/.kde/share/apps/kdisplay/ ~/.kde/share/apps/kstyle/ ~/.kde/share/apps/kmail/ ~/.kde/share/apps/kabc/std.vcf ~/.kde/share/apps/korganizer/std.ics ~/Documents/ ~/.xbindkeysrc ~/.bashrc ~/bin
