hi all
i use suselinux6.4 and i get full image from hard disk by acronis software but when reboot the computer with new hard disk(image hard disk) during the boot sequence this message appear"warning:can not open an initial console"and after this boot sequence stop
any body help me for solvin this problem

Well, I had a SuSe 7.0 box running once upon a time and a red hat 6. and a turbo nux 4. I still have the red hat 6 manual, but tossed the SuSe and turbo manuals.
Do you have your manual(s)?
Your monitor or graphics card is probably not supported by this older version's allowable list thus preventing the X server from starting. You may be able to add it.
What do you see before you get the error message? Do you see other boot up messages as successful? Can you break out into single user mode?
Typing a "control backslash" should break you out of the boot stream and it may break you out of your hung spot. From either point you can configure to start in non X mode and research the monitor and graphics.
In the red hat 6 above, I had to do it that way because the graphics card was not supported. Adding it to the support list didn't help.
