can SUSElinux install drivers to new components that I conect to the pc?
is SUSElinux a easy to use and a good linux system or should I use another linux system?

Yes, that one should be good, or any out of the top 20 or so at DistroWatch.com should be good. "Easy" is very subjective, depending on the user.
