Unable to get the startup menu

    Hi
i have been using OpenSUSE 10 for a few months now. I have 3 users on my system. A few days back there was a power outage and after that I am unable to get the startup menu in one of my users. The first time i logged in it popped up a message window but i ignored it and from then on i don't get the menu to start my applications. The other 2 user doesn't have any such problem and is working fine.
what do i do to bring the startup menu back??

    Regards
    Sujai

Try renaming the .kde folder in the home directory of the affected user to .kde.bak then log back in this will reset KDE to defualts.
