Could anyone be kind enough to tell me repository for SUSE 10 enterprise for Yast2....there is repository for opensuse but I could not find for SUSE enterprise version...

I'm not certain, but don't think there are any.
In addition, I've heard that you can use many of the packages from the openSUSE 10.1 repos, but Novell does not support this.

You can use the openSUSE 10.1 repos (and probably the 10.2 repos if you are willing to take the risk), but as mentioned by ozar, NOVELL does not officially support this.
