Check your applications menu for Kppp if you run KDE, or Gnome-ppp if you run Gnome.
One of those should allow you to set it up using the connection settings information that was supplied by your ISP.oz

and i want connect with internet by linux and I don't know how

I don't run opensuse myself so can't check it, but you should be able to install gnome-ppp or some other ppp application so that you can get dialup configured and running.
Otherwise, maybe someone who runs opensuse with gnome and uses dialup will respond with a better solution.oz

have a read of this Basic Guide to Dial-Up Fedora and SuSe - www.reallylinux.com might give you some ideas

it ask me for password and after I write it it do nothing
