    Check your applications menu for Kppp if you run KDE, or Gnome-ppp if you run Gnome.

    One of those should allow you to set it up using the connection settings information that was supplied by your ISP.

    I use open suse 11 gnome
    and i want connect with internet by linux and I don't know how
    please help me and let me give up windows

    I don't run opensuse myself so can't check it, but you should be able to install gnome-ppp or some other ppp application so that you can get dialup configured and running.

    Otherwise, maybe someone who runs opensuse with gnome and uses dialup will respond with a better solution.

    and I follow it and when I finish I press for connection
    it ask me for password and after I write it it do nothing
