    hello everone
    i have downloaded ns2 from internet and i successfully installed it
    but i dont know where i can find the installed ns2.
    as i windows we can see our newly installed softwares in Start->Programs.
    i just wanna know where i can find ns2 in suse
    thanks

    The easiest way is to use Find Files/Folders in the menu to look for it. You can also open the RPM to see where it was targeted to install.

    Note I do not believe ns2 is a GUI so it would not appear in the GUI menu. Also depends on how you installed it ie if compiled from source it would not be added to the menu you would need to do that by hand. Generally if installed from Yast or RPM it will be added to the menu system automatically if it is a GUI app
