    maping drives and Disk partitioning

    i have a problem i need to access my linux drive thru windows vista which is my laptop to my desktop connect thru lan line is there by which i can do it ???

    i want to change my linux main drive which is 126 G media it says /home i want to change it to 20g of space every time i resize it it says unmount it because it is being used. I try to unmount it says an unknown error has occurred please help me i am new to linux
