    Suse 10 security help

    I was hoping someone could help or point me in the correct direction to find some info about setting up SUSE 10 Linux to meet NISPOM PL-1 standards...

    I have looked all over the internet and nothing seems to be of much help, and I cannot believe there is not a document out there that does a step-through of the process. I am new to and learning UNIX/LINUX so some sort of step through would be optimal.

    I don't know much about the requirements but it looks like snare is what is used on Linux systems.

    InterSect Alliance - Open Source

    It looks like a Kernel patch is a requirement.

    There does not seem to be a Suse build. You might want to contact Novell about this.
