can you make it clear ?

actually i dont want to take the back up of my system.
what i intend to do is when my system crash, or if i do something crazy, i should be able to get into my system and make it right. the matter is studying , not preserving data because i hold no important datas in my home pc. just some studies and entertainment . thats it.
the more simple the more better. i saw the option to rescue system when i load linux cd. but i dont want in that way.
just rescue in a single cd
