    Java JVM install?

    Hi,

Hopefully someone can help me with this one.

I'm running the latest release of openSUSE Lime JeOS and am attempting to install the java JVM 1.6 via a CD containing the .bin file mounted to /mnt.
After running it (./*.bin [it's the only file there]) it prompts me to accept the license agreement and then complains that I need to free up 69360 kB before the installation can begin. I was surprised because I should have had a lot more disk space than that. Running the df -h command confirmed this (I have 1.6 GB free).

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

try moving the file too your home directory and install it from there i think the problem you have is cause you trying too install from cd and it needs space too extract itself first (these are just my thoughts They may not be accurate)

Wow, I didn't even think of that. I moved it and then it installed fine. Thanks!
