    SUSE 11 installation challenged

I guess since the final part of this live cd is so different I admit to being seriously confused, maybe age, maybe mentally challenged
I am at that final point where msg says reboot computer without CD in drive.to continue. CD cannot be ejected now. You can eject after system shuts down or select hard disk in boot menu of live CD (whereever that is??)
I am there now looking at the green screen without a clue what to do to finish this installation. Please respond

    Welcome to the forums Allen

Just select system reboot, after the shutdown ... during initial machine startup you will probably be able to remove the CD. Even if you can't ... as the prompt says you will get a menu ... I think the default is boot from hard disk.

Good luck and let us know if everything works

In a worse case just shut down the system. Then take an unfolded paper clip and put it in the small round hole you should find on the face of your CD drive and push. It will release the tray and your installation disk.

"select hard disk" refers to the menu list Jonathan183 mentioned of boot options you should see when the live-cd or installation cd starts to boot. You can move to your choice and press enter. In the spirit of Benjamin Franklin, remember it may all feel like frustration but it's really experience.

    Installation challenge

I want to sincerely thank you for your post which solved my problem. Truthfully I was about to lose faith not in open SUSE, but in my experiencies attempting to solve this concern on IRC from some of the rudest people I have had occasion to deal with on cyberspace.
You see at my ages I can afford to choose even on WWW who to associate with. Only my 2 cents.
    Thanks again
