I'm about to try Wine. But I'm scared it starts vomiting errors like any other VM app.
What do you recommend? I bought a nice Nokia N95 but of course, applications are only for Windows.

How did you install Wine? If it's truly installed it's in there somewhere...
Have you saved the Nokia executables to your machine?
Somewhere out there you should have a wine directory... open the CLI, cd to the wine directory, type in
wine /path to .exe/%program%.exe
as an example... I run a windows only softphone through wine (starphone.exe)
I have saved the executable file to my wine directory... cd to wine directory and type:
wine starphone.exe

I've used YaST.
But, OMG! I've found it. Hehe, you were right, there was a usr/bin/ file to run. Well, thanks a lot, since you mentioned it I've realised.
