how to create SuSE 11.1 update DVD?
Hi,
recently installed OpenSuSE 11.1 on several workstations (which are not connected to internet). Is there a way to create update DVD so that, these workstations can update using the DVD?
Thanks!

I think you'd need to put all the updates on the DVD, configure each machine to use the DVD as a package installation source, then install the packages onto each machine.
Check these links for some info on doing that:

Maybe someone running OpenSUSE will be able to provide further info.oz

Thanks ozar for the links!
This is a lot more difficult than I thought. I am still trying to understand how to approach this based on the links.

I would just cheat if I was you!
What I do is to is to install opensuse and then (using yast updates, packman & all the update repos) download the individual rpm's and put them into a central folder. Then add this folder as a yast source and just click on the update all option.
