    Post Login & Password

I am a newbie to linux I have a live CD and want to checkout SUSE linux without installing it. A login screen pops up asking for a username & password to continue for a 1st time use. What username & password should be used so I can get passed this screen. No instructions came with the disk I ordered.

Don't know the solution, on my Opensuse disk, I could just type "root" in the login name with no password but that was in the Rescue mode so...? Why don't you contaact osdisc.com, there's a "contact use" link in the middle of the page on the link below:

    OSDisc.com - Customer Service

Did you try hitting enter key without making an entry in the login boxes?
