how to switch from KDE 3.5 to KDE4?

Dear Linux experts:

I recently "updated" from OpenSuSE 11.0 (had KDE 3.5) to OpenSuSE 11.1. I noticed that, my computer still shows KDE 3.5. How to switch to KDE 4?

just install it through yast
yast
software management
in the drop down box (filter) choose patterns
check kde4 base system
click accept
when that finishes
logout
select kde4 in the session menu
log back in and you will be using kde4
