dvd/cd problem with KDE 4 Please help
I just downloaded the new SUSE 11.1 dvd. I was playing around with WINE HQ in GROME and all disc show. But I reinstalled and installed KDE and The only thing that shows up is the 11.1 disc, video, movies, and music. I can not get window disc to show at all. I would like to install KDE on my main computer but if I can not get it to show disc to see what works with WINE I will have to use GROME. It does not even show my GOTY unreal disc Please help!!!

In a Konsole window type
mount
this will show mounted volumes.
type
su
then the root password (note the password does not echo to the screen)
fdisk -l
(that is a lower case L not a 1)
This will list all the partitions.
Post the results and someone will help you mount the partitions.
You just need to mount the partitions you want and make short cuts on the desktop.
