how to mount usb drive
hello.. i am really new to linux.
i have installed suse onmy pc visrtually. but my usb pen drive is not detected.
what is the command to mount the usb drive so that i can see the contents of that drive?

It should auto mount. Look in the /media folder for cd/dvd and usb mounts.

What VM are you using? What is the host OS?

the host os is windows xp.
when i insert an audio cd, it runs automatically.
so why can i not see the usb drive?
shall i use any mount command?

But what virtual machine software?
It will determine how the hardware connects to the guest OS.
