    Font problem (micro)

I received an old computer from a friend with 11.0 and KDE 4.0.4 installed and every font is micro. Not just small and hard to read but micro and impossible to read.

If someone wouldn't mind, I could use a very detailed walk-through guiding me to change the font size. Screen shots with the exact location of each setting would be great also. I can see the boxes and menus but not the words inside or beside them.

Thanks for all of the help in advance.

    Welcome to the forums!

I'd personally recommend doing a fresh install with OpenSuse 11.1 since it's been out for a month, now. In addition, KDE 4.04 was full of bugs and didn't play well with lots of machines. I'm pretty sure that suse 11.1 comes with KDE 4.1.3 which should be much less problematic.

A fresh install will likely fix your fonts issue as well.
