nokia 3230 modem detection problem in open suse 11.0

Hello friends,
I have nokia 3230 with idea gprs and i want to configure it for open suse 11.0. I have problem with wvdial command...

Erros i got are as follows
for wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf

Sorry, no modem was detected! Is it in use by another program?
Did you configure it properly with setserial?

for lsusb it detects the phone correctly as-

whenever i issue wvdial command it gives error as follows--

linux-lck3:/home/rtdp # wvdial
--> WvDial: Internet dialer version 1.60
--> Cannot get information for serial port.
--> Initializing modem.
--> Sending: ATZ
--> Sending: ATQ0
--> Re-Sending: ATZ
ICE default IO error handler doing an exit(), pid = 5830, errno = 11
--> Modem not responding.

i have edited wvdial.conf properly.. it just don't detect the modem ..

please help me configure it properly..
i am stuck at this problem for many days..

Go to yast network device's modem if yast can detect your modem then all is Well you can configure another dialer kpp or the one for gnome if that don't won't work you might have too consider using bluetooth if your phone support's it

I guess the device actually mounts on /dev/rfcomm0

Hopefully Devil's Casper catches wind of this thread, since he has experience with this family of phones and could probably help you better than the rest of us.
