J2EE for Suse Linux destop version10.2?
Does Suse Desktop version 10.2 support J2EE?
I would like to start playing/learning J2EE so I would like to install it - version 1.4. I have a lot of generic Unix experience but very little Linux so I'm a newbie.
If SuSe version 10.2 does support J2EE does anyone know of a good link where I can down load it? The SUN site supports Java EE 5 and a glassfish product that sounds like a development environment for J2EE but like I said, I'm new.
Thanks,
George

Is this what you want?
J2EE v1.4 Downloads
I don't know beans about Java. But it seems that 1.5 is the newer version. I have Eclipse installed and it seems to run all right.
You may need to set your Java package to the correct version. This can be done in Yast-Software-Software management.
