Hi There,
I am using a "cyberphone K" with a USB port to communicate using skype.
When the phone is plugged in it lights up BUT it does not appear to work ...
I cannot hear anything and no one can hear me ...
Does anyone have any suggestions or diagnosis tips ?
regards,

I don't know specifically about how the Cyberphone K installs itself as to the system, but I do see several sources that indicate that these phones work fine in Linux. Many usb "phones" install as generic USB sound cards. With this in mind, I'd do the following: With the cyberphone plugged in, check Yast-Hardware-Sound for any unconfigured sound devices and fix as necessary. Then check the Skype settings and (try to) make sure Skype is using the phone and not your regular sound card.
