The kernel source code is freely available, though often a separate optional package you need to tell your package manager (Yast -> Software -> Software Management in Suse) to install (it's necessary for some programs and kernel modules to compile). Once installed, you can look at the details of the package in the package manager to find out where the files were unpacked to.
The GNU GPL is included on the CD of every distribution as a requirement of the GPL. It's not ridiculously large, is there any reason you can't print a copy yourself?

You are free to print out the contents of the web page.
Just tell your browser to print the page.
If you don't want to see the graphics and links just copy text then paste it into a text editor and print from there.
