vnc keyboard problem

This is a very sticky one
We have several Suse-servers, suse8.1,suse10.1,suse10.2,suse10.3 and everyone serves ok as vncservers.
Now.. after installing opensuse11.0 I've got a really sticky keyboardproblem for vncviewersessions.
I'm using a swedish keyboard with keys å,ä,ö where am. keyboard ha }{|.
If I enter any of them as the very first klick after vncsession up I'll get response on my xterm. The other two will not work and in vnc log file I get
KbdAddEvent: unknown KeySym 0xf6 - allocating KeyCode 8
KbdAddEvent: unknown KeySym 0xe4 - allocating KeyCode 93
KbdAddEvent: unknown KeySym 0xe5 - allocating KeyCode 124
for each keystroke on åäö even the first one.
If I enter any other key as the first one (ex M) no one of åäö will function and the same log will be written.
I've tried different viewers, tightvnc,ultravnc,realvnc and even different servers.
I've also upgraded suse11.0 xorg-x11-Xvnc-7.3-110.1 to 7.4-17.3.
Same problem
On console everything works fine.
Please help, I'm out of ideas ..
