    I need help with getting my linksys usb wireless-g to work on suse 9.3. I have configured with yast and i still can't get it to work. I have been reading/searching various articles but would like suggestions for a good place to start.

    The problem will be that 9.3 is very old. The newer version have much better wireless support. Current version is 11.1

    I'll assume why you're still running 9.x is your computer doesn't spec well enough for 11.

    Make sure the card is set "User Controlled" in Yast.

    Can you run "kInternet"?

    If you can get that going, right click on the applet, make sure your interface is set to your wireless card. Then, on another right click, select "Wireless Connection..." You should get a window with two tabs. The left tab shows your current wireless status, the right tab lets you scan for wireless networks.
