    YUM and SLES 10 SP 2

    Hi!

    I am new to Linux. How do I configure YUM in SLES 10 if at all possible? I installed SLES from a dvd. If you are able, please give lots of detail and explain as if I know nothing-which isn't very far from the truth...

    Suse uses Yast not Yum though I do believe you can install Yum can be installed. But it is much better to use the native installer, it will be a lot less trouble.

    Look in your menu for Yast
