    10.3 - need to edit my PATH- pls advise editor and location of PATH.
    2.6GHz Celeron, 1GB, 160GB, 128Mb SuSe11.2; PCTV, GBit eth0 on P4PE, 10/100 eth1 <Ride to ride again>.

    To append any new directory to PATH use,you can edit your .bash_profile or
    /etc/profile and add below entry.


    PATH=$PATH:/your_new_directory/bin
    export PATH
