You'll want to configure VNC on your SUSE box, then you can use any VNC viewer from Windows.
As an alternative, but requiring a bit more understanding and effort, you can install an X server on your Windows machine such as xming or Reflections X and run a ssh connection back to the SUSE machine using something like Putty. That way, you only run the applications you want on the Windows machine (as if they were running locally). You can run a whole desktop session if you want too

There's also FreeNX server and an NX client... like VNC on steroids.
