I need to make a whole OS back up due I have some software installed from a third party Company wich I can not reinstall, could you sugest me what could i do in roder to save all my software installed?

I believe Clonezilla might do what you're looking for.

well may i Use clonezilla if I want to replace the disk , for example i had a linux installed in 80gb disk so I purchased a new with 160 , may I use cloneZilla to restore my linux in the new Disk???

I've never used Clonezilla, so I can't guide you too much with it, but yes, you should be able to transfer to a new drive. Here are some tutorials:
