    Did you run freshclam ???

It appears you have old or nonexistent config files and or definition files.

If you have install clam deamon via package manager, clamav, clam-db should be automatically installed as dependacies.

    How did you installed it?

Clam AV is avilable in repositories. its not recommended to do something out of suse's developement. you should better try to install clam av through package manager.
